DuBois Hall is a dormitory at Mount St. Mary’s University with a history of reported paranormal activity. Students have reported toilets flushing on their own, window shades being pulled up and down, and unexplained voices coming from empty rooms. The building is named for Father John DuBois, the founder of the university.
Father John DuBois, founder of Mount St. Mary’s University, is said to still roam the campus grounds. The university, founded in 1808, is one of the oldest Catholic universities in the country. Father DuBois has been reported walking the campus in his long black robes, occasionally smiling and nodding at those who see him.
