Haunted Lineage note: Historical research indicates the Jesse Lee Home for Children was damaged in the 1964 Good Friday Earthquake, but historical records don't confirm that dozens of children died at the site during the quake. The home operated from 1926-1964 as a boarding school for displaced children affected by epidemics. The Alaska State Flag was designed by a resident of the home. The building has since been torn down and is an empty lot with a security fence around it.

The site is located at GPS coordinates 60.12611°N, 149.44639°W in Seward, Alaska.
