Description

Eyewitnesses report seeing the apparition of a striking young woman with long, flowing brown hair. She walks toward them, dressed in a sleeveless white wedding gown, carrying a water bucket. Her features suggest she may have been part Native American.

One night, as she passed a man, she brushed against him, spilling water down his leg. Startled, he turned to question her - why was she out so late? But she had vanished. Realizing he had encountered a ghost, he rushed home, eager to prove his soaked clothing to his wife, though he warned her never to speak of the encounter.
Many believe this spectral figure is the Spirit of Charity, offering water to the thirsty. Others claim to have seen her carrying a Bible.
