Reports of an elderly Native American couple roaming the grounds. The main building was haunted by a ghost (woman) who called the employees by name and changed the radio station. Four houses there had their own encounters with ghosts. The shower came on at all times day or night in one house. One of the other houses reportedly had a spirit of a child that climbed into bed with them.
