A single sheet hangs in a room window facing the interstate. Authorities placed it there due to repeated sightings of a young girl reliving her death by hanging every night. Many witnesses have reported this disturbing occurrence. There is no power in the room, yet lights turn on at night, a rocker moves on its own, howling noises and strange floating lights are often reported.
