It has been reported several times in the local newspaper that Warren’s City Hall building is haunted. A cleaning lady within the last two years ran from the building after seeing a figure walking inside while she was cleaning. There have been several reports within the past few years of sightings with this figure.
Haunted by the pilots of the old planes. Security guards hear planes start up at night and some have seen ghosts lurking around the museum during their night shift.
