Attachment

An Attachment occurs when a spirit or entity links itself to a specific living person rather than a physical location. While most hauntings are tied to a house or a plot of land, an attachment follows the individual wherever they go—to work, on vacation, or to a new home. These links are often formed through shared trauma, intense emotional states, or the use of tools like Ouija boards without proper closing rituals.

Identifying an attachment requires a long-term look at the victim’s history. If paranormal activity seems to start and stop based on the presence of one specific person, an attachment is likely. These situations can be exhausting for the individual, as the entity often draws energy directly from them, leading to physical fatigue, mood swings, and a constant feeling of being watched.
