Students have reported toilets flushing on their own, window shades being pulled up and down, and unexplained voices coming from empty rooms. After dark, apparitions can be seen of Fern Westfall, the founder of the school, knocking books off the shelves. Reports also state that a portrait of her in the elementary cafeteria contains roaming eyes that follow curious, staring students.
It’s rumored Circuit City was built over an Indian burial ground. At night, workers have reported returning to find items knocked to the floor after cleaning up. Some also claim to hear unexplained voices.
Witnesses have claimed many different things happening. Doors open or shut without reason, things will be “misplaced”, and voices have been heard on occasions.
