Historic pub on Main Street in Ellicott City’s historic district, where the third floor is said to be haunted by the ghost of a young woman named Mary, who reportedly hung herself there. Staff and visitors have reported unexplained sounds, flushing toilets, and stomping footsteps attributed to her presence.

Dairy Queen

A bar once stood on this spot. It’s long gone now, replaced by a Dairy Queen. But according to the staff, something from the past might still linger. They often report strange noises and lights acting up—doing the kind of odd, playful things only lights seem to do without someone causing it.
