It has been reported several times in the local newspaper that Warren’s City Hall building is haunted. A cleaning lady within the last two years ran from the building after seeing a figure walking inside while she was cleaning. There have been several reports within the past few years of sightings with this figure.
From the ballroom to the hall a figure has been seen out of the corner of the eye. When you turn to look, it is gone.

Late at night around 11:00pm there is a shadow in the figure of a man that stands by the gym doors.
Three security guards on second shift noticed a small dark figure dancing on the second floor. When they arrived at the site, no one was around. All the doors were locked and all the exits were within the guards’ view as they went to the area of the sighting.

It is noted by many that the lap pool area in the basement of the hotel is haunted. It is noted that a female figure, is walking around looking for her child. She has a tendency to get a little upset, so she will pull your hair, or throw something across the room.

Go south of Bolivar on 13 Hwy turn right onto the highway when you get to the tower with blinking lights you’ll be at the cemetery. It’s a pretty new cemetery cut into a hill but it’s haunted by a black figure.
