Description

The capitol is haunted by a maintenance man who changed a light bulb on top of the tower, fell, and died. He now haunts the fourteenth floor. The storage levels and narrow rotating stairs leading up to them are haunted by a worker from way back in the day. She was afraid of heights but needed the money, so she climbed the stairs anyway. She got dizzy and fell from the twelfth floor. She’s now seen as a fog falling past you in the middle of the rotating stairs, but when you look down, you can’t see her.
