Haunted Lineage note: The Old Buck Creek Cotton Mill in Alabaster, Alabama, was a significant textile facility that operated under several names (including Siluria Cotton Mill, incorporated in 1902) from 1896 until its closure in 1979. While the majority of the mill was demolished between 2003 and 2007, the water tower and jail are the last two remaining remnants of the historic Siluria Mill Village.
