Has been closed since the 1985. Reports of people in the non-boarded windows. Reports of screams nearby. Feelings of being watched. WARNING – No Trespassing – The building is being renovated into codos the name will be The Georgian Condominiums.

Haunted Lineage note: Has been condominiums for many years now. All except the original building were torn down during the renovations.
