The military finance building was once used as a surgical hospital. The basement walls are still painted red to hide the bloodstains. Security Police K-9 units refuse to go into the basement of this building. There was a fire in one of the wings, causing many of the bedridden patients to be burned alive. People have reported hearing their screams.
