The University of Olivet – Margaret Upton Conservatory of Music (Formerly – Olivet College)
The college was founded in 1844. Within the Margaret Upton Conservatory of Music, there have been recurring reports of phantom piano melodies drifting from empty practice rooms when no one is inside. Campus lore attributes the playing to Margaret Upton herself, the building’s namesake.
