A historic theater on Fourth Avenue in Anchorage. Reports of a mysterious lady seen reflected in tall double mirrors between the men’s and women’s restrooms. The apparition has been spotted for decades by patrons and staff.

Haunted Lineage note: Previously listed as "Old Theater". The official name was the Fourth Avenue Theatre. The theater was demolished in 2022. Reports of a lady apparition seen in the mirrors between restrooms could not be substantiated through research at this time.
