In the light room of the Oviedo High School auditorium, a shadowy figure and unexplained flashes of light have been seen.
Formerly known as Zuma Beach Night Club and Tabu Night Club, this historic venue is reportedly haunted by the ghost of an older woman. She is most often seen lingering near the stage area, and witnesses report a sudden, intense drop in temperature whenever she appears.

Reports of people walking and talking in the theater, only to find no one there. After cleaning and seating the theater, staff have returned to find seats down—sometimes every other row, sometimes every other seat. Additionally, ghostly apparitions have been captured in photographs.
This used to be the Old Iron Plant, but is now a popular location for concerts. The ghost of a worker who was killed at the plant has been seen walking around the catwalks above the main floor, where the concerts are held.

In the 1980’s a janitor was cleaning a large clock hanging off the balcony and apparently he fell off the balcony and a chair broke his back and sometimes if you’re sitting in the area he fell on you get a crushing sensation and a very odd smell.
