An old building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and previously used as a flour mill, is now a brewery, pub, and restaurant. Employees have mentioned hearing footsteps and other strange noises. Reports of presences felt and unexplained apparitions and disturbances have also taken place here. This activity has been given the name Flour Fred. There is a myth suggesting that an occupational accident is responsible for the lingering presence.
