One Man’s Treasure was a former art business. The former owner and her two children reported several experiences. Upstairs, a bedroom door that didn’t fit – requiring force to close – would repeatedly open and shut itself. In the middle room, occupants heard very loud knocking, scratching, and a rush of leaves in the walls, which discouraged a child and her cat from staying there. A reflection of a woman’s face and a large bright ‘orb’ were also reported. Downstairs, along the hard plaster hallway walls, over a dozen paintings fell simultaneously. In the restroom, an 85% full roll of toilet paper unrolled itself completely.
