This was the former high school and then Grapevine Middle School which has now been moved as well. The building began as a mental hospital and then was changed to a normal hospital after malpractice charges. The lights in rooms would randomly shut off and voices were heard in the hallways. Basketball practices used to be held there at night until many players would hear voices and stopped showing up.
Haunted Lineage note: The claims that this building was a former high school that became a mental hospital and then a "normal hospital" could not be substantiated through historical records or news archives at this time. The current Grapevine Middle School is located at 301 Pony Parkway and has been operational as a school. Grapevine Memorial Hospital (now Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Grapevine) opened at its current location in 1965 and was not a former school. There is also Haunted Hill School (204 N. Dooley St.), the former Hill School building from 1960, but this does not match the description provided.
