Beyond the report of a man seen looking out the window, guests and staff have reported encounters with ‘Vince,’ a long-term resident who is said to continue his habit of rearranging butter knives. An elegant ‘Victorian Gentleman’ is often seen watching the plaza from the windows of Room 214. The third floor is noted for reports of phantom footsteps, whispers in the stairwells, and the lingering scent of roses, while the tap room and basement areas are said to be haunted by various spirits.
