In 1977, during the construction of additions to the then GTE Hawaiian Telecom headquarters, a worker fell down the elevator shaft and died. Since then, the elevators act erratically, taking you on “rides”. Other ghosts have been seen and heard by operators on the 10th floor.
People have seen mop buckets roll down the hall on their own. Some people have heard scratching coming out of a janitors closet.
