In the basement, individuals walking away from the laundry room frequently report an overwhelming sensation of being watched from behind. According to local lore, when the original cemetery was relocated to accommodate the expanding campus, several graves were reportedly overlooked and never moved to the new grounds. Dole Hall now stands directly over that original burial site.
