Haunted by the spirit of an Alaska Native woman named Marie, who was murdered there in 1987. She is said to appear to people who are homeless, and warn them not to linger. This haunting is usually reported as being between the old ANS (Alaska Native Service) Hospital and the old Alaska Railroad terminal.
